These pictures were taken at So Cal Slow Ride #4 - 2004 by various people, they are arranged by photographer.
One of two annual SLOW RIDE events sponsored by the South Bay Scooter Club every year, for the L.A. / Orange County areas of Southern California. Scooters with 125cc or less (or equivantely slow) are encouraged to come out and all ride together, with top speeds ranging from 35 - 40 mph!
